What better way for Katy Perry to promote the upcoming "The Smurfs" film than by doing what she does best— looking hot and being kinda sorta inappropriate? That's right, there is no better way. Because "The Smurfs" is a children's movie, and even though we're grown ass kids here at Complex, the little blue folks from our actual real-life childhood probably wouldn't make it into this section otherwise. I stopped into H&M this weekend and saw their latest Fashion Against AIDS t-shirt collection. Like their last FAA collection, these shirts were all designed by musicians and celebrities who can't design for shit. It's really unfortunate, but it's true.
